For many years I suffered from excess weight, and by my 34th there were a lot of them. What I just didn’t try - I sat on buckwheat, and drank kefir in liters, and even Ducan’s diet did not pass me by. But every time I was frustrated, I could not sit on the newfangled power systems for more than three days.

For a long time I could not understand the reason for my breakdowns, but then it dawned on me - the whole point is that I simply did not like what was recommended to be eaten during this or that diet. Therefore, at one point, I realized that, before choosing a nutritional system for myself that promotes weight loss, I need to decide which dishes I prefer.

Fortunately, I was able to compile a list of my favorite delicacies quickly. These include meat stew, borscht, vinaigrette, sauerkraut, vegetable salads - in fact, everything that is included in the menu of Russian national cuisine. Imagine my surprise when I found a diet corresponding to my preferences. It was called that - Russian. Now I will tell you how the Russian diet helped me finally lose weight.

Of course, the Russian diet, like any other, has its limitations. You can't eat rolls, sweets, fatty dishes, but I easily found what to replace them with - you can feast on meatballs, meatballs and cutlets every day. In addition, the daily diet is rich in vegetables and fruits, which can be easily found on the shelves of any store. It is worth giving up carbonated drinks, packaged juices and alcohol. Instead, you can cook homemade dried fruit compotes and all kinds of fruit drinks.

I observed it for two months. Its main advantages are balance and ease of preparation. After all, every self-respecting housewife can boil cabbage soup. As a result of the diet period, I lost as much as eight kilograms!

By the way, another pleasant bonus of the Russian diet is the fact that the weight has never returned to me. Usually, extra pounds come back as quickly as they left. But this time everything turned out to be different. Later I understood what it was connected with.

It turns out that the whole point is that food, which has a close connection with a person's homeland, can bring real benefits to the body - this opinion is shared by many nutritionists. That is why the Russian diet is very simple, but at the same time effective. Therefore, I highly recommend to all those who suffer from excess weight to try. As they say, tested for yourself!
