The deputy head of the department emphasized that "we serve absolutely all calls to the ambulance phones during the day." In this connection, the number of infectious disease teams in ambulances has been increased to 35.
“They try to serve emergency calls, assessed by the senior ambulance doctor according to a special checklist, within 20 minutes,” Aksenova emphasized.
The "112" hotline has additionally brought four doctors from the center of medical prevention. At the stage of implementation - telemedicine consultations at the primary care level. All patients diagnosed with coronavirus must install the "112" application, through which they send daily data about their condition.
