The blogger himself denies his guilt and points out that bruises could appear when he brought the already lifeless body of the girl into the house.

“I could hit the walls when I brought Valentina's body into the house,” the accused said during interrogation.

We will remind, earlier it was assumed that the girl's heart could not stand it due to hypothermia (Reshetnikov kicked Valya out of the house due to intestinal problems) and drug use.

According to the preliminary assessment of doctors, death did not occur due to hypothermia, but precisely because of an overdose of drugs in conjunction with a concussion. In Stas himself, nothing but alcohol was found in his blood, and he does not consider himself involved in the death of his girlfriend.

At the moment, the young man is charged under Part 4 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - "Intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm resulting in death."

Recall that the tragedy itself on Reshetnikov's stream took place in the Moscow region on the morning of December 2. During the online broadcast, the blogger Reeflay talked to subscribers, while the girl's dead body lay on the couch behind him, writes Channel Five.
