The girl is 15 years old.

Jordan Coomer from Indiana, USA, suffers from rare diseases that are taking its toll on her life. In 2017, the girl was diagnosed with narcolepsy. This disorder of the nervous system is characterized by sudden attacks of sleep. Because of this, Jordan falls asleep for 20 minutes every two hours. And it doesn't matter where she is. Her mother Victoria on her Facebook shared with subscribers such pictures of her sleeping daughter.

Jordan suffers a lot because of this. Sleep interferes with her lifestyle. She even sometimes cried because she wanted to do something, but she simply didn’t have the strength to do it. According to doctors, the disease could have developed after a sore throat, which she had had in the summer of 2016.

But Jordan's problems don't end there. From time to time, she has cataplexy, a neurological disorder that

characterized by impaired motor activity. Because of this, a normal laugh can end up in a daze for a girl, which lasts from a few seconds to 30 minutes. During this, the girl remains conscious, but she cannot move and make sounds.

Despite these health features, Jordan is an excellent student and is one of the best schoolgirls in the class. The girl goes in for sports and rides horses.

I am not ashamed of my illness, I will never be ashamed of it. I am like this, this is a part of me

- quotes the girl Daily Mail.
