23-year-old student Preeti (Preeti) for a long time worried about excess weight and ridicule of others, but finally decided to lose weight after a seller in a clothing store told her that her size is not. At this moment, the girl weighed 96 kilograms with a height of 160 centimeters.
The Indian woman began to adhere to a strict diet and eat only homemade food. For breakfast, she usually eats fruit, oatmeal, millet porridge, or a poha rice dish. She dines with salad, lentil stew, cottage cheese and chapatis. In the evening, Preity prefers a small portion of salad or soup, and if the lunch was hearty, he skips dinner altogether.
The student does not work out in the gym, but every day she walks a lot and does planks. Before training, the Indian woman drinks green tea, and after - only water. Sometimes she allows herself to feast on homemade cakes and chocolate.
