For a week, residents of the two-story building 55a on Tankistov Street have been forced to do without cold water. A post about this yesterday, January 15, was published in the Saratov online group on VKontakte by the user Anastasia Fedorova.
According to the woman, after the pipe burst, the utilities dug two holes on the sidewalk, not only depriving residents of water, but also completely blocking the pedestrian part of the street. Now people have to go out onto the road to avoid the risk of falling.
“We called all the authorities -“Vodokanal”, the administration of the Kirovsky district. They all shift the responsibility onto each other. We did not hear a clear answer, except that the pipes should be repaired by the Medtekhnika plant (as stated by one of the authorities), the author of the post noted. "Our neighbors went to the director of the plant, she said that this pipe does not belong to the organization and the organization itself has water."
In the comments, users suggested that the Saratov woman contact the prosecutor's office, as well as the reception room of the Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin. The tenants were also advised to contact the media and even hire a private repair company.
“As it turns out, Vodokanal, when it was carrying out its inspections, damaged the high-voltage wire. And thus he tries to excuse himself and substitute "Medtekhnika", - the author answered the commentators. - Thus, no one adequate will come to us, since Vodokanal has spoiled it and now it is dangerous to make a pipe because of the stress. We will be left without water for a long time …"
