Polina Gagarina admitted that her love for herself helped her to lose weight after giving birth.
Less than four months after the birth of Mia's daughter, Polina is already showing her toned body. The weight of the star is not yet ideal. According to her, it remains to lose another 3 kilograms - and the scales will show the cherished 53 kilos. During pregnancy, the singer weighed as much as 78.5 kilograms!
- I had an agreement with the doctor - not to talk about weight, - says Gagarina. - She weighed me in silence, I closed my eyes, and we parted. After giving birth, I got on the scales only after a week and a half - 64.5. The weight left slowly, I was breastfeeding, the hormonal background, which manifests itself very noticeably at this time, did not let go of my kilograms and retained excess water. Two weeks after Mia was born, I started performing, so I had to pull myself together.
Polina's nutritional system looks simple: in the morning she eats only porridge, in the afternoon - meat with vegetables, in the evening - something protein. The amount of food that Gagarina eats at one time fits in the palm of her hand, but she does not feel hungry. Regular physical activity also helped. Daily morning exercises, stretching exercises and dancing in rehearsals. But the most difficult thing was discipline. And Polina found a serious motivation - self-love. After all, the most important thing for an artist is to enjoy his own reflection in the mirror.
- I want to be pleased with myself, my forms, like myself, and therefore like others, prolong my health and youth. The main thing is to want, set yourself up and move towards your goal every day.
