- Unfortunately, we record a certain stuffing through social networks of various videos about the benefits of home treatment with folk remedies. At one time, both ginger and lemon were popular. To date, it is being replicated that it is necessary to make a tincture with horseradish, which helps with pneumonia. We do not question the benefits for the immunity of these all folk remedies, but we categorically urge not to self-medicate, - said the speaker.
She provided three schemes for how to act in different situations. First, for any manifestation of a cold, do not panic. If there is a temperature up to 38 degrees, a slight headache, a slight cough, perspiration, loss of smell and taste, chills, a runny nose and there is no difficulty in breathing, you should contact the clinic.
If the temperature lasts for more than three days and above 38 degrees, there is a severe headache, muscle aches, lack of air, regardless of whether you have had contact with COVID-19 patients, you need to call a doctor at home from the clinic.
If the temperature is observed for more than three days, above 38 degrees, a person experiences severe weakness, pain and heaviness in the chest, shortness of breath, cough, and even more so if he is over 65 years old, it is necessary to call an ambulance.
Coordinate what needs to be done if you feel unwell, also by phone 8-800-222-59-00. Employees of this service work daily from 7.30 to 20.00, the head of the press service said.
Yesterday, the Ministry of Health of Tatarstan also commented on the lack of drugs in pharmacies and urged not to self-medicate.
