Make them with the whole family, and you will not only have a good time, but also have fun from the bottom of your heart. We are sure that the first time you will get only one or two exercises! Each of us wants his brain to always be in good shape. However, stress, disturbed sleep patterns, eating habits, and a sedentary lifestyle negatively affect mental activity. In addition, whether we like it or not, our brain is aging, which means that attention and memory deteriorate. To slow down these processes, it is important to train the brain. It seems that for this it is worth making a lot of effort, spending a lot of time.To dispel this stereotype, we asked the teacher, memory trainer Svetlana Koval to tell how to keep the brain in good shape using simple asynchronous exercises, which will take only three minutes a day. … Asynchronous exercise is a fast and effective way to develop and maintain a healthy brain at any age. They will prepare the child for educational activities, and adults for complex mental processes, in a more mature age they will act as prevention of age-related changes. How it works? Our thinking abilities depend on the interaction and development of the two hemispheres. In 1981, neuropsychologist Roger Sperry received the Nobel Prize for his research on interhemispheric brain specialization. He proved that productivity and efficiency increase if a person uses techniques to harmonize the left and right parts of the brain in his training. So, by doing special gymnastics, we activate and synchronize both hemispheres. So, what benefits will these exercises bring us: the formation of new neural connections; training and increasing concentration and attention; improvement of intelligence, academic success, including self-education; support for a youthful mind; prevention of brain diseases. General instructions for doing the exercises Perform all exercises several times. Do not hurry. It is better to do it slowly and surely first, and only then accelerate. As soon as you can do the exercise correctly and as quickly as possible, remove this exercise from the complex or complicate it, for example, by adding a hand clap. 8 Easy Exercises for the Whole Family 1) Sit on a chair or rug. Simultaneously make circular movements with your feet to the right, and with your hands to the left, then vice versa. Another exercise option is to stretch your arms forward and bend slightly at the elbow joint at the same time twist one arm to the right and the other to the left. 2) Connect the thumb on one hand in series with all other fingers, starting with the index finger. Do the same with the other hand, but start with the little finger. The task is to do the exercise with both hands at the same time and not get lost. 3) Place your hands in front of you with the backs facing you. One hand - fingers straight, closed together, stretched up, the other - fingers spread out. Figuratively: "shoulder blade" and "hedgehog". Next, simultaneously clench your hands into fists, and while unclenching, change the position of the hand. That is, spread your fingers where they were together and bring them together where the "hedgehog" was. This, at first glance, elementary exercise is not always successful the first time, not only in children, but also in adults. Try it now! Feel the convolutions in your brain moving? 4) Stretch your arms forward. Draw a circle with one hand and a triangle with the other. Do this at the same time. Then swap the shapes or add others. 5) Grasp the tip of the nose with your right hand, and your right earlobe with your left. Cross your arms.Next, make a clap and change the position of the hands: the left hand should touch the nose, the right hand should touch the left ear. If your hands get confused, then it's okay, just do it slowly and carefully. 6) On the left hand, connect two fingers - the index and middle, pinch the rest. You will get like a pistol. Next, place the index finger of your right hand on top of the two joined fingers. Swap hands quickly so that the index finger of the left hand covers the two fingers of the right hand, which is positioned like a pistol. If this exercise works well and quickly, then try changing it. Cover the little finger of one hand with three connected fingers of the other hand (index, middle and ring) and also change places. 7) At the same time show with different hands the "OK" sign, the other "V". 8) Take a piece of paper and a pencil in each hand. With one hand, write a number or letter, and the other at the same time, its mirror image. How else to train the brain under time pressure Change the usual routine to new, unconventional. Avoid doing tasks on autopilot, as this weakens the brain's capacity. Try to do the usual thing in a new way and use your senses at the same time. comb your hair with your other hand; dress by touch; go to school, to the store, to work by a different route; zip the jacket with an unfamiliar hand; give yourself the task of opening all the doors today with only your left hand; do quickly what you usually do for a long time, and vice versa. Use these simple exercises, connect your child to them, and over time you will become better at absorbing new knowledge and more quickly cope with any tasks.
