The director of the Gamaleya Center, Alexander Gintsburg, named four groups of people who do not develop antibodies well after receiving the coronavirus vaccine.

According to the scientist, after the introduction of the vaccine, “some may have more, some have less antibodies,” and some may have “a very small amount”.

In an interview with Interfax, Gunzburg said that the immune system of citizens "over 80 years old" reacts poorly and much longer than in young people.

He stressed that antibodies are poorly produced in those who abuse alcohol, which are toxic to any multiplying cell.

“If you consume half a glass of whiskey every day without getting drunk and feeling good, the immune system does not react well to this,” said Gunzburg.

The specialist added that severe stress or constant stress also does not contribute to the production of antibodies.

These groups also include people who take statins, anti-inflammatory drugs that affect reproduction.

As a rule, these are cancer patients, the scientist said.

"The percentage, how many of these people (who have poorly produced antibodies after the introduction of the vaccine. - RT), we will see after summing up statistics on the results of research," he stressed.

Gunzburg clarified that these populations do not respond well to any vaccines.

Earlier, the head of the Gamaleya Center said that thousands of doses of the Russian Sputnik V vaccine had already entered civilian circulation.
