Ukrainian presenter and doctor Yevgeny Komarovsky answered a question about herd immunity to coronavirus and told how it can form.

In his Instagram account, Komarovsky decided to answer a viewer's question about immunity to coronavirus. The doctor's subscriber suggested that a person who often comes into contact with other people receives a large dose of coronavirus per day, but thanks to this, he just does not get sick as often as self-isolated. He cited public transport workers and salespeople as an example.
The doctor partially agreed with the viewer's conclusions and clarified that the dose of coronavirus received into the lungs really plays a decisive role if it enters the body at once. In some cases, it even affects the severity of the disease.
- This is a well-known concept of an infectious dose. That is, the more virus you breathe in, the more severe the disease, - emphasized Komarovsky on the social network.
In addition, according to the presenter, if a person inhales constantly, but little, then his immunity is gradually formed. Thanks to this, he also does not bring himself to clinical symptoms, Komarovsky concluded.
Earlier it was reported that a Ukrainian physician spoke about the benefits of a wet cough in the winter.
Also, the editors of the VSE42. Ru website published an instructional material from Dr. Komarovsky on self-rescue in an unfavorable epidemiological period.
