“As a child, I was a thin child. Very thin. The doctors diagnosed me with dystrophy. After a while, I was able to defeat him, and my weight returned to normal. Over the years, it remained stable, I was not worried about anything and ate everything. My parents were happy that everything was back to normal, I also felt great.

So, without noticing it myself, by the age of 30, once standing on the scales, I saw a figure of 78 kilograms with a height of 165 cm.I was married, and my husband hinted for a long time that I had changed a little, but until that day I did not pay attention to it no attention. What do you mean changed? Well, she got a little better, what's the big deal? Being a little fat is definitely better than skin and bones.

On that day, my husband and I had a serious conversation. He said that he certainly loved me and would continue to love me, but he didn’t like the fact that I had started myself. I must say that I was very lucky with my beloved. He suggested that we both take care of ourselves together. He was a little overweight, but there was another problem: the skin and body, due to improper diet, bad habits and lack of exercise, became flabby, loose, and the cherished muscles were not there either. We had a fitness center not far from home, where the first thing he did was buy us a subscription.

I cannot say that I am delighted with sports, but I understood that this is the necessary “pill” that will help us get in shape. I'm not talking about food. As soon as we started practicing in the gym, we immediately consulted with a trainer and a nutritionist to find the necessary items for everyone in nutrition and exercise. This was important, because my husband and I had different tasks: I needed to lose weight, and he needed to put my body in order and get pumped up.

I want to say about, perhaps, two main habits that I will now follow all my life: walk a lot and drink plenty of water. Seriously, I realized how beautiful and necessary each one is. Water helps the body, cleanses it, maintains the necessary balance, and walks - it's not for nothing that they say that movement is life.

In two years I have lost 23 kilograms, now my weight is 55 kg, which suits me completely. It has been stable for almost three years now. I feel in great shape, my husband and I still go to the gym, another common thing has appeared, which we can happily do together. It's so nice to understand that you are doing something good, useful for your health, and even together with your loved one! " - Angelina from the Moscow region shared her story.
