The first among educators to vaccinate are teachers of grades 5-11, teachers of professional educational institutions and heads of educational organizations of the city. Later, primary school teachers, employees of preschool educational institutions and children's health camps will be able to get vaccinated. Vaccination is completely voluntary.
Earlier, the city received more than 7.5 thousand doses of the Sputnik V vaccine and 1 thousand doses of the Epivakkoron vaccine. By the end of the year, it is planned to open 70 coronavirus vaccination points. The Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, reported that another 100,000 doses are expected to be delivered by the end of the year, and larger deliveries are expected in January - up to half a million doses.
