The professor also advised Russians not to abuse vitamin D. Zyryanov explained that exceeding it can lead to vascular damage, kidney failure, and other health problems.
Earlier, an Italian physician warned young people who had had coronavirus. According to him, serious problems appear after the transferred virus is recognized as the first big blow to health in life.
