The woman recalls: during her first pregnancy, she adhered to the wrong stereotype that you need to eat for two, which is why she gained 20 kilograms. For the second time, Galina ate a balanced diet, so during pregnancy she added 14 kilograms, seven of which she left in the hospital.

The first time I got back into shape was an agonizing six months. To get rid of the kilograms ate during the first pregnancy, three weeks after giving birth, I turned to a nutritionist Alexander Selivanov. He explained that due to the severe stress after childbirth, all metabolic processes in the body are slowed down, which is why it is so difficult for many to lose weight.
