He achieved harmony without physical exertion.
Several years ago, American Zach Moore weighed 227 kilograms. His diet consisted mainly of fast food in large quantities. So, for breakfast, he ate hamburgers and pizza, dined on hot dogs and french fries, and drank up to eight liters of cola a day. One day, a man overeats so much that he was admitted to the hospital. For a week he suffered from diarrhea and vomiting and was afraid that he would die. And then, at 39, he decided that he would try to lose weight for the sake of his wife and son.
First, Zach eliminated fast carbohydrates, beef and pork from the diet, after which he began to weigh 177 kilograms. Then the man decided on a gastric bypass, which helped him to reach a weight of 77 kilograms. His diet now excludes sugar, soy, flour and starch. He took up farming, growing vegetables and raising poultry and goats. Zach doesn’t go to the gym because he’s not around, but a healthy diet can help him stay slim, writes Yahoo News.
Earlier we said that the father of two children lost 76 kilograms for their sake.
