People with dry to normal skin should opt for moisturizing, creamy textures. And for those who have oily or combination skin, wash foams and gels are suitable. Try to buy sulfate-free products, they are less harsh and do not damage the skin.

Now an important point: if you want your "wash" to work at least a little for the benefit of the skin, hold it on your face for at least a couple of minutes. I apply my wash gel to my face, and then proceed to a thorough brushing of my teeth, and only after that I rinse off the wash gel. After this stage, you can apply all kinds of scrubs, again: hold it on the skin for a few minutes, and then roll it up with massage movements, slightly moistened with your fingers. After such a roll, you can wash off the scrub without a twinge of conscience. Well, the third stage of cleansing: tonic or alcohol-free lotion.
