Dagestan received 1,700 doses of Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine. The next batch of the drug will be distributed across the cities and regions of the republic. This was reported by the press service of the regional ministry of health. The department also recalled that immunization is voluntary and is intended for the age category from 18 to 60 years old. You can get vaccinated at the clinic at your place of residence, and citizens who come to the capital can turn to the Republican Center for Infectious Diseases for help. Before vaccination, a full examination of the patient is carried out, including for the presence of immunoglobulins M and G. Vaccination is contraindicated in pregnant women and during breastfeeding. Also, people with a high body temperature and signs of ARVI disease cannot be vaccinated. Three days before the procedure and three days after, it is necessary to give up alcohol. The volume of the vaccine sent to the regions is determined at the level of the Ministry of Health of Russia and the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Dagestan sent a request for further supplies to the federal department.
