Restrictions on the sale of medicines in Tatarstan pharmacies are only a recommendation of the headquarters for the fight against coronavirus, "in order to provide the population with drugs exactly according to needs, so that a person is given the amount of drugs that he needs for treatment in order to stabilize the situation," the head of the press explained at a briefing -services of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Lilia Galimova.
All residents of Tatarstan should be interested in being able to calmly come and buy the necessary drug, the speaker noted. But they buy up, according to her, "under fear, God forbid," and they drink some drugs for prevention.

The head of the press service recalled the publications in the media about how doctors save the lives of people who take drugs that aggravate their condition, and also get another disease. “We must ourselves be controllers and understand the rationality of what is happening,” Galimova emphasized.
She compared the drug panic to the buckwheat rush at the start of the pandemic. "Something similar is happening now, unfortunately, although in this case it is much worse than buying buckwheat, because the abuse of drugs can lead to health problems," the speaker warned.
