The head of the region Dmitry Artyukhov made the corresponding changes to the decree on the restrictions in force in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug due to the spread of coronavirus.

"Northerners aged 65 years and older, as well as people with chronic diseases … can stop self-isolation 21 days after completing the course of vaccination against COVID-19 using a vaccine that has passed state registration, or subject to the provision of a document confirming the presence of antibodies to the coronavirus class G ", - the message says.

The district headquarters also clarifies that the new version of the governor's decree allows spectators to attend physical education and sports events, but the stands can be filled no more than half.

Coronavirus in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug was detected in a total of 35 thousand people, 29.7 thousand of them recovered, 370 patients with COVID-19 died.

The high alert in the region due to the coronavirus by Artyukhov's decision is valid until March 1. Catering establishments, bars, shopping and entertainment centers and cinemas have resumed their work in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug since September 1, however, according to the decree of the head of the district, they cannot receive visitors at night. The work of night clubs and discos is also prohibited.
